Modify Associate time-off balances

Responsible Users can view the time-off balances of other Associates and modify a number of time-offs if needed.

ℹ️The following permissions are needed there:
View time-off balance
Change time-off balance manually

View Associates’ time-off balance

  1. Navigate to Associates: Go to the “Associate” section in the sidebar
  2. Find the Associate: Locate the associate whose time-off balance you want to view.
  3. Open Associate Details: Click on the associate’s row to view their details.
  4. View time-off balance: Under the Photo of Associate you can find the collapsed block “Available time off”.
    1. Click on the block to expand it
    2. The time-offs of each time are displayed there
Modify Associate time-off balances

Change time-off balance

  1. Click Pencil icon: To open edit mode, please click on the Pencil icon near the needed type of time off.
  2. Fill Field Values: You need to fill the next required fields:
    1. Select type of action: Add or remove the number of time-offs
    2. Enter the number of days that should be added/subtracted to/from the current time-off balance of the selected type
    3. Leave comment
📓You cannot subtract more than the current time-off balance.
  1. Save Changes: Click “Save” to apply and save the changes.
  2. Verify result: The changed number of time-offs should be displayed there, and the Associate can already use them.
