A delivery budget tool is a tool used by delivery managers, project managers, or finance teams to plan, track, and manage the costs associated with delivering a project or service. It helps ensure that the project stays within its allocated financial resources, allowing managers to forecast spending, monitor budget adherence, and control financial risks throughout the delivery process.

You can find a tool by going to the Delivery budget->Report section. The following information is listed there:
A summary of the financial performance of projects for the year
Confirmed delivery represents the project’s actual delivery revenue. This value is automatically calculated based on the contributions of each associate with a billable assignment to the project. See more details there.
Confirmed revenue is the amount the company plans to get at the end of the month. Usually, this value is approximate and can be based on Associates’ planned assignments, external rates, and additional agreements. Responsible persons are filling in the information for a few (1-2) months ahead.
Invoice fact is the actual amount billed to the client for services in the invoice.
Unconfirmed revenue is the amount that is likely to be received and added to confirmed revenue, but is still under negotiation for some reason.
Confirmed revenue, Invoice fact and unconfirmed revenue are typically filled in by the delivery managers or another responsible person. To enter it, simply click on the cell. To save entered value, just click past the cell.
The total values for the delivery group and the projects are calculated automatically and cannot be edited manually.

If filter by delivery group is applied, the total values are recalculated for the displayed projects.
Managing project:
To add the project to the Delivery budget, you need:
- Navigate to Delivery budget → Report: Go to the “Delivery budget” section and select “Report.”
- Click “Add project”: Begin the process by clicking the “Add Project” button.
- Enter project Currency: Fill in the currency in which you want to track revenue for the project.
- Select Project: Choose the needed project from the dropdown list. Active and archived projects are listed there.
- In case project is already added, you cannot add it again. If you don’t see it in the list, please, check hidden projects
- Click “Save”: Submit the new project by clicking the “Save” button.
- Verify Adding: The newly added project will now appear on the Delivery budget page in the correspond delivery group.
Hidden projects
The project can be hidden (e.g. archived project). To complete it, click on the burger menu near the Project name and select the Hide option. Thereafter, the project will become hidden.
To view the hidden project, click on the eye icon near the Delivery filter.
The hidden project will be displayed and included in the Total values.
