This guide provides clear instructions for adding, editing, and archiving associate accounts for using the system.
To use ERP, HRM, and CEP applications, an associate account linked to the corporate email address must be created. Only then will the associate be able to log in and access the application’s features.
The Control System serves as a central management system for application account access. Access to the Mission Control should be restricted to a limited number of authorized responsible users (Super Admins).

Create a user account in Mission Control
- Navigate to Mission Control → Associates: Go to the “Associate” section in the sidebar.
- Click “Add associate”: Begin the process by clicking the “Add Associate” button.
- Enter the all required fields (It is marked with an * (asterisk) symbol) and optional if needed:
- First name*
- Last name*
- Personal email – specify personal email for additional communication channels. Usually, it is useful for dismissal, long-term leave, or hire cases.
- Phone number – The number should start with + followed by the country code and then the full number to call. A maximum of 15 digits can be used. For example, +18884628462.
- Corporate email* – the system automatically fills this field by combining name and company email domain, but you can fill in any other email address if needed.
- Department – select an option in the drop-down.
- Hire date* – select the associate’s hire date in the date picker.
- Recruiter* – select the Associate who has been Recruiter for the Associate. Any User can be selected there.
- Specify Roles for each application: Select the roles that the associate should have in each application. This limits their access to sensitive information and application features. If Associate shouldn’t have access to the app, leave the field empty.
- Mission control Role – select MC Admin only if Associate is supposed to be Admin.
- ERP Role – the drop-down has all created roles for ERP. Associate can have only one Role in ERP.

- HRM Role – the drop-down has all created roles for HRM. Regular Associate usually has the Role of “Associate”. Associates can have multiple roles in HRM.

- CEP Role – Viewer is the default and unchangeable value. To set the Role for CEP, see guide.
- Click “Save”: Submit the new account by clicking the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
- Verify Creation: The newly added associate will now appear on the Associates page.
The final form should look like this:
Now, the Account is listed in the Future Associate tab in the HRM system and the responsible person should activate the account and fill in additional information.
Editing an Associate profile in MC
- Access the Edit Option:
- Click on the burger menu (three vertical dots) in the Associate item in the Associate section.
- Or Click the Associate item on the Associate section to view profile details.
- Click “Edit”: Select the “Edit” option from the dropdown menu or the Edit button.
- Modify Field Values: Update the necessary fields with the new information.
- Save Changes: Click “Save” to apply and save the changes.
Archiving an Associate profile
If the Associate profile is archived, User isn’t able to log in and access the application’s features.
- Access the Archive Option:
- Click on the burger menu (three vertical dots) in the Associate item in the Associate section.
- Or Click the Associate item on the Associate section to view profile details.
- Click “Archive”: Select the “Archive” option from the dropdown menu or click the Archive button to archive the profile.
- Confirm Archiving: Confirm the action to archive the profile.
- Verify: The profile is listed in the Archived tab.
