The system offers the option to archive the profile of a user whose collaboration has ended. We do not delete the user, but simply hide their profile, while all relevant information remains in the system.
This guide helps you archive or restore user profiles while keeping their data intact within the system.
How to Archive and Restore a User Profile
📓To archive a user, the End Date of their collaboration, must be set in their profile. |

Archiving a Profile
- Using Mission Control to Archive
- Go to Mission Control and navigate to the Associate tab.
- Find the user you wish to archive and click the Archive button.
- Confirm your action, and the user’s profile will be successfully archived.
- Viewing Archived Profiles
- Once archived, you can view the user’s profile in the Archived section.
Restoring an Archived Profile
If collaboration is resumed or the profile was archived mistakenly, it can be restored.
- Using Mission Control to Restore
- To restore a profile, click in the top-right corner of the archived user’s card and select the Restore button.
- Review the necessary information about the user and update the Hire Date (e.g., next week).
- Save the changes.
- Profile Restoration Complete
- The user’s profile will now be successfully restored and active again.
