Interview user manual


  1. Log in to Competency Evaluation Platform by *corporate email address.
  2. Please confirm that you have a corresponding role: Recruiter, could be one of Multiple Roles. If you have any questions, please contact CEP Support team in Slack.
  3. To create a new interview, go to the Interview -> Scheduled tab.
  4. Press the ‘Create new interview’ button.
  5. Feel the form with the candidate and desired position data:
    1. Matrix: Questionnaire should be uploaded for corresponding department;
    2. HR: users with HR role are displayed in list

Contact the support team if the expected matrix or HR is absent from the list.

  1. Newly created interview is displayed on Scheduled tab in status ‘New’;
  2. Choose corresponding interview and open ‘Manage interview’ menu;
  3. Press ‘Assign’ button;
  4. Choose a reviewer to conduct the interview from the list of users from corresponding department with Reviewer role and press ‘Assign’;
  5. To schedule the interview, open ‘Manage interview’ menu;
  6. Press the ‘Schedule’ button;
  7. Select date and press ‘Schedule’;
  8. Notification letter with interview date is sent to Reviewer;
  9. To reassign or reschedule the interview, select the corresponding option in ‘Manage interview’ menu;
  10. To Start the interview, press ‘Start interview’ in ‘Manage interview’ menu;
  11. Select the corresponding Grade for each subtopic during the interview;
  12. Pay attention to the fact that CEP calculates the sum of points to gain based on the desired grade that was specified when creating the interview. At the end of the interview, the system calculates a summary grade.
English review
  1. Press ‘Finish and send results’ when interview is finished;
  2. You can manually change the calculated results of the interview: check the box and fill the reasons for changing.
  3. Fill the ‘Finish interview’ form with interview results;
  4. Press ‘Finish’ button;
  5. Notification letter with review results is sent to interview participants (on Yalantis side);
  6. All interview results are saved in the application. You can check conducted interviews in the ‘History’ subtopic.
