- Log in to Competency Evaluation Platform by *corporate email address.
- Please confirm that you have a corresponding role: English teacher, could be one of Multiple Roles. If you have any questions, please contact CEP Support team in Slack.
- To create a new English review, go to the English reviews -> Scheduled tab.
- Press the ‘Create new English review’ button;
- Feel the form with the candidate and desired position data:
- Matrix: English matrix should be uploaded for corresponding department;
- Matrix: English matrix should be uploaded for corresponding department;
- HR: users with HR role is displayed in list;
Contact the support team if the expected matrix or HR is absent in the list.
- Newly created English review is displayed on Scheduled tab in status ‘New’;
- Choose corresponding review and open ‘Manage review’ menu;
- Press ‘Assign’ button;
- Choose reviewer to conduct the review from the list of users (users with English teacher role is displayed) and press ‘Assign’;
- To schedule the review, open ‘Manage interview’ menu;
- Press ‘Schedule’ button;
- Select date and press ‘Schedule’;
- Notification letter with review date is sent to Reviewer;
- To reassign or reschedule the review, select corresponding option in ‘Manage interview’ menu;
- To Start the review, press ‘Start interview’ in ‘Manage interview’ menu;
- Select a corresponding Grade for each subtopic during the interview;
- Pay attention that CEP calculates the sum of points to gain based on the desired grade that was specified during review creation. At the end of the interview, the system calculates a summary grade.
- Press ‘Finish and send results’ when review is finished;
- You can manually change the calculated results of the review: check the box and fill the reasons for changing.
- Fill the form with review results;
- Press ‘Finish’ button;
- Notification letter with review results is sent to review participants;
- All review results are saved in the application. You can check conducted interviews in the ‘History’ subtopic.
