Managing Delivery Groups in the ERP

ℹ️ The accounts for the leads of the departments should be created in the HRM system.

This guide provides concise instructions for adding, editing, and archiving delivery groups within the system.

ℹ️The following permissions are needed there:
View a list of Delivery groups
Manage Delivery groups
Archive/Unarchive delivery groups

Adding a Delivery Group

  1. Navigate to Teams → Delivery Groups: Go to the “Teams” section and select “Delivery Groups.” page
  2. Click “Add Delivery Group”: Initiate the process by clicking the “Add Delivery Group” button.
  3. Enter Delivery Group Name: Fill in the name for the new delivery group in the corresponding field.
  4. Select Delivery Manager: Choose the delivery manager from the dropdown list.
  5. Click “Send”: Submit the new delivery group by clicking the “Send” button.
  6. Verify Creation: The new delivery group will now appear on the Delivery Groups page.

Editing a Delivery Group

  1. Access the Edit Option:Click on the burger menu (three vertical dots) at the end of the corresponding row
  2. Click “Edit”: Select the “Edit” option from the dropdown menu.
  3. Modify Field Values: Update the necessary fields with the new information.
  4. Save Changes: Click “Send” to apply and save the changes.

Archiving a Delivery Group

  1. Access the Archive Option: Click on the burger menu (three vertical dots) at the end of the corresponding row.
  2. Click “Archive”: Select the “Archive” option from the dropdown menu to archive the group.
  3. Confirm Archiving: Confirm the action to archive the delivery group.
📓 Delivery groups with active projects cannot be archived.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage delivery groups, including adding, editing, and archiving them as needed.
