Competency matrix upload user manual


  1. Log in to Competency Evaluation Platform by *corporate email address.
  2. Please confirm that you have a corresponding role: Admin, could be one of Multiple Roles. If you have any questions, please contact CEP Support team in Slack.
  3. Open Competency matrices or Questionnaires sub-menu;
  4. Press the ‘Add new matrix’ button;
  5. Fill the ‘Import new matrix’ form. Please, click on the ‘Current version?’ checkbox when uploading the actual version;
  6. Create a file with the matrix:
    1. Open the corresponding matrix in the Confluence;
    2. Save page as HTML file (left-click on the page, save as .html);
  7. Upload the file to the ‘Import new matrix’ form;
  8. Press ‘Done’;
  9. Check that the new matrix is displayed in the list;
  10. You can upload a new version of the matrix to the system:
    1. Open current matrix;
    2. Press ‘Import new version’;
  11. Versions history is saved to the application;
  12. To delete not actual matrix from the system, press ‘Delete’ button on the matrix details page;
